$350,000 Settlement for Low Back Herniated Disc

Client, the owner of a cookie company, was smashed into from the rear of his car, causing him to suffer a herniated disc in his low back.  The injuries were severe enough to cause client difficulty operating his cookie company, resulting in loss of profits.  We were able to establish he had lost part of his future ability to earn a living due to the permanent injuries he suffered in his low back.  A fair settlement of $350,000 was obtained for client from the at-fault driver’s insurance company and client’s own insurance, under his Underinsured Motorist coverage (UIM).
