$157,500 Settlement for Head-on Collision

Client suffered internal injuries that required two surgeries to repair following a head-on car accident.  There was only $50,000 in insurance coverage avaialable from the insurance company invovled in the accident.  Fortunately, we we were able to reach a settlement for $157,500.  Although this is somewhat rare, the person at-fault for the car accident personally paid $107,500 out of his own pocket due to his lack of sufficient car insurance coverage.
