$124,500 Settlement for Aggravation of Low Back Disk Injury

Client was rear-ended as he was driving south on 56th Street in Mountlake Terrace, Washington.  He suffered an aggravation to his pre-existing disk problems in his low back as a result of the car accident.  Despite having significant prior low back problems and because our client told us about his prior low back issues from the start, we were able to establish he suffered permanent injury to his low back as a result of the car accident.  Because of the permanent injury to our client’s low back a settlement of $124,500 was obtained.
